I can’t say enough good things about Clint Malone’s State Farm office and Rob Higdon. From start to finish, this was probably the easiest transition I’ve ever had switching insurance companies.

Rob took the time to go through our current coverage, explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure we were getting the coverage we wanted without making the process complicated. On top of that, they are saving us a tremendous amount of money compared to what we were paying before, which made the decision even easier.

What impressed me most was that I never felt pressured or like they were just trying to sell me something. The communication was excellent, everything was straightforward, and they handled the entire process extremely professionally.

The level of service from both Clint and Rob absolutely earned my business.

"originally this would have been a 1 star review.. years ago i had sworn off State Farm due to them dropping coverage with me without any sort of notice/warning. They did this due to someone being added to my auto policy that had a past record i wasn't aware of. instead of removing that person or discussing the issue with me, they decided it best to just drop coverage completely.

to my surprise, state farm reached out to me offering to requote me. in the past, they hadn't been able to come close to my progressive policy. this time around, they were able to insure my car, truck, and motorcycle for less than what just my car was, so i couldn't resist dropping the grudge and going back for that sort of savings. if you're looking to save on insurance, i highly recommend reaching out to Rob to get a quote. he's been great and responds quickly when i have questions."

"I have had an extremely frustrating experience with this office. It feels like no one ever knows what they’re doing or can provide a clear, consistent answer. Every time I call, I get different information, and more than once I’ve been given completely incorrect details that caused even more confusion on my end.

What’s even more disappointing is the lack of follow-through. I’ve been told multiple times that someone would call me back, and it never happens. I shouldn’t have to chase down basic information or repeatedly follow up just to get answers about my own policy.

Customer service here is very disappointing. Communication is poor, accountability is lacking, and overall it does not feel like a team that values their clients’ time or concerns. I would not recommend this office based on my experience."
