"Jason was the best sales rep I ever dealt with. I'm in Sales for a career also amd one thing I make sure to do is provide all the info I can but at the end of the day, I genuinely want my customer to be satisfied, and if that means they go elsewhere, I will HELP them get there. At the end of the day, even if I didn't make the sale but helped them go somewhere else, they WILL call me when they need something and eventually I'll probably get that sale. But even if I don't, they will never speak ill of me. Jason did that through and through. I denied home insurance and instead of trying to change my mind, he accepted my reasoning and continued forward. THIS is what made me sign the auto insurance. Sales Reps like Jason are the ones who customers FOLLOW even if they change companies. It's not always the product, often it's the support you get that earns business. And that's what Jason is....great Support!!!!! Don't let him go!"

"Been pretty happy a year in but recently my rates went up. They did this without informing me, or sending me any paperwork explaining the rate changes. When I contacted them about it the person that answered the phone had no clue how to look at my rates but someone would contact me. Still waiting on that call or email. Think I need to switch providers to someone that isnt sleazy and incompetent."

"Despite my repeated requests to stop contacting me, they continue to fill my inbox with unsolicited quotes. I even sent them the following email telling them to stop contacting me and WHY I will NEVER use State Farm. “Due to our recent interaction with State Farm, I will NOT be using your company. Ever. Our vehicle was hit on NYE this year. It was parked on the side of the street. The driver (your customer) admitted fault. However, we have had a VERY difficult and unpleasant experience getting it fixed. To the point that a State Farm agent accused us of lying about the damage. Never did he want to see the pictures from just 2 weeks earlier that clearly showed the damage did not exist. Our own insurance had to cover the repairs and is currently pursuing a suit against SF. So until State Farm pays fully for the damage caused by YOUR CUSTOMER and until I receive a personal apology from the despicable low life who told my wife over the phone that she was lying, I will not, nor ever, engage in business with you or State Farm. Further, do not ever contact me again. You do not have rights to my information. A copy of this email will be going to all social media platforms if I am ever solicited by you or your scam business again.” Yet since this email, sent on March 25, 2023, I have received 4 emails from Lauren Moore with this office, in 5 days continuing to harass me with more unsolicited quotes. I hope this review sways all readers in to reconsidering a business relationship with this agency."
